NORMALLY I hate to gloat. But in the case of John Prescott I will make an exception. Thanks to the good sense of the people of the North-East, Prezza's 30-year dream of regional government has turned into a nightmare. I'm delighted. So delighted that I don't mind saying, 'I told you so'.
