DESPERATE families were warned last night that the agonising uncertainty over the fate of their loved ones would go on until Tuesday.
By then, relatives of the missing will have been waiting for five days without being allowed to identify their remains. So far, 49 people have been confirmed dead but not one body has been positively identified either formally to the public or informally to the bereaved families.
