THE mother of a little girl killed in a freak balloon accident spoke last night of the horror of watching her daughter being hauled into stormy skies to her death.

Five-year-old Isobel Callaghan had been at a fun day at a British military base in Germany with her parents and younger brother in June last year when ferocious winds ripped out the ropes tethering a helium balloon 30ft from the ground.
