She is called Lauren, as is Cherie Blair's sister, Lauren Booth, and Dobbs describes her thus: 'She was dark with lips like a postbox, decidedly dumpy, spent Pounds 120,000 on new curtains for Downing Street, turned her back on the Queen and planned a US lecture tour.'
