IT IS the latest blunder in a horrifying case. John Perry featured in Financial Mail last August when West Bromwich Building Society threw him out of the home that had belonged to his mother until her death in 2005. He had been living there with her since 1968. Since his eviction John, 60, has been sleeping in a hostel in Nottingham.
He is battling to have the house restored to him and he is also fighting for the return of its contents, which went missing after the building society seized the property.See the full content of this document
