TESS CRAIG, 42, is a property developer. She is single and lives in Wimbledon, South-West London.

She says: I started having the most terrible headaches a couple of years ago, completely out of the blue. Growing pressure in my forehead and behind my eyes made me feel as if my eyeballs would pop out. It was very frightening.

I couldn't stand the light and just wanted to be in a dark room.
