More ill-feeling has broken out between the estate agency and developer Bulgarian Dreams and its former clients at the Cedar Heights scheme in the ski resort of Pamporovo. The complex is largely built - although not to the original prospectus - but owners claim they are being barred from occupying their properties just as the skiing season gets under way.
