DURING the tour to Australia in 2001, Scots players were hardly the backbone of the British Lions squad. A mere four were deemed worthy of inclusion by then head coach Graham Henry.
However, with new Lions boss Clive Woodward mulling over options before he announces a ' shortlist' of 70 players for next summer's series in New Zealand early in the new year (the final 44-strong Lions squad will be announced after the Six Nations), one Scot believes his countrymen can make a far bigger impact this time around.See the full content of this document
