NICK Fisher will certainly welcome reform on credit cards. The 29- year-old, who is single and lives in Swindon, had built up Pounds 5,000 of debt on several credit cards with Barclays, HSBC, MBNA and Nationwide. Only recently, helped by finding full-time employment, has he managed to get his card debts down to under Pounds 500.
