PRINCE CHARLES has hit out at BP - saying the oil giant is to blame for ruining the lives along America's Gulf Coast.
Asked in a US TV programme about the 'legacy' of the Deep Horizon rig explosion in April, he launched into a diatribe that made no mention of the successful cleanup nor compensation payments the company has paid out following what he described as an unnecessary 'tragedy'. In the interview with NBC's Brian Williams at the late Queen Mother's home in Caithness, Scotland, the Prince said: 'So many people in this country feel deeply for those in the United States down on the Gulf Coast who've had their lives blown apart, destroyed, desperately affected by all this.See the full content of this document
