THE wake-up call comes at 5am. Then Nuala and Austin Conway, the devoted parents of Ireland's first sextuplets, are up and on their feet to keep up with the marathon cycle of feeding, changing, burping, washing, sterilising, comforting, rocking and playing with their children for the rest of the day.

'It's a conveyor belt,' says Nuala. 'First thing you get the feeding done and change the nappy, then get them dressed. It's a matter of working your way around.' But the sleep-deprived young Tyrone couple say they wouldn't have it any other way.
