IT'S great that this summer has been such a hot one, but it means I am getting really hot in my office. I am required to dress formally, making it even more uncomfortable to work. Is there anything I or my employer can do about this?
ALTHOUGH there is a legal minimum working temperature - 16C unless much of the work involves severe physical effort in which case the temperature should be at least 13C - there is no maximum temperature.
