IN a recent episode of EastEnders, Stacey Branning was turned down for the course she wanted to go on at her local college. I'm worried that my daughter may encounter similar difficulties when she applies this year. Is there a way to guarantee her a place at college? THE good news is that the Government has in place a process called the September Guarantee, which ensures your daughter will be able to continue in learning.
