MINISTERS are on a collision course with public sector unions over plans to move more than 27,000 Civil Service jobs out of London by 2020.
They want to revive rarely used rules to force some public employees to transfer to different parts of the country rather than be given big payoffs. And Ministers want the power to order staff working in one part of Whitehall who do not wish to relocate, to move to another part of the public sector as an alternative to redundancy.See the full content of this document
