THE row over the alleged misuse of the Decision Review System descended into farce in Johannesburg last night, with England and the ICC at loggerheads over 'Snickogate', when TV umpire Daryl Harper gave South Africa skipper Graeme Smith not out on review on Friday.
The ICC rejected England's claim that Harper failed to turn up the volume knob enough to hear a clear nick, while revealing they would begin a 'full and comprehensive investigation' of the DRS, despite saying they were 'pleased with its effectiveness'.See the full content of this document
