Email may be fast, but many companies are now questioning whether it is worthwhile, with some estimates saying that we each lose up to 21 days a year dealing with them. Organisations the size of the European Commission receive more than a million emails a day, while an individual receives an average of 70, according to email management consultancy, Mesmo.
