FORMER Royal Bank of Scotland boss Sir Fred Goodwin is to return from his selfimposed 'exile' in France this month - for the sake of his children.
Sir Fred and his family fled Britain more than four months ago after he became a virtual pariah, widely blamed for the nearcollapse of the banking giant.
