PAUL CASEY can win The Open, and change his life, if he applies pressure on Louis Oosthuizen from the first tee this afternoon. Unless something dramatic happens -- and that can never be ruled out if the wind gusts across the Old Course as violently as it did on Friday afternoon -- this Open should be a two-horse race after Oosthuizen and Casey each played beautiful golf yesterday. Casey's thirdround 67 was superb -- yet he will still begin the final day four shots behind Oosthuizen.

Simple arithmetic would suggest it is the South African's Open to lose. But golf, like any sport, is not that easy to call. And if I've learned anything from a lifetime in the game, it's that there is rarely such a thing as an open and shut case. This championship still has the possibility to keep us guessing.
