A FRAUDSTER exposed by Financial Mail six years ago has been jailed for ten years after an investigation by the Serious Fraud Office saw him convicted of 14 counts of theft and operating an unauthorised investment scheme.
Kevin Foster, 52, from Doddington, Kent, owed Pounds 34 million to 8,000 investors in his KF Concept scheme by the time the Financial Services Authority raided his home and then won a High Court order halting him and his wife Elaine.See the full content of this document
