ARSENAL captain William Gallas has admitted stealing money from a team-mate when he was just a teenager. Gallas owned up after a former colleague from his early days at French club Caen spilled the beans in a controversial autobiography.

Jerome Rothen, now of Paris St-Germain, describes in his book how Gallas was shamed into confessing that he had used another player's cash card to take 1,500 francs about [pounds]250 at the time from his team-mate's bank account.
