DISAGREEMENTS in the German government are growing over the future of Opel and Vauxhall that could further delay a decision over the ownership of General Motors' European arm.
Chancellor Angela Merkel wants the US parent to sell to Canadian car parts giant Magna and Russian Sberbank. She has promised the Americans that her government would give Pounds 4 billion in loans if GM does decide to sell to Magna.See the full content of this document
