ANNIVERSARIES A SERIES of events are being held throughout Germany to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. In the run-up to the big day - November 9 - children will build their own mini-wall stretching for a mile and a half along the route of the old wall beside the Brandenburg Gate. The mini-wall will collapse, domino-style, at the high point of a special festival.
