Three months after I had an offer accepted on a house last June, and with contracts still not exchanged, it was repossessed. I then sought to have my offer accepted by an asset manager, which was eventually agreed. I completed the sale of my own property and moved in with friends. Six months later, having spent a lot of time and money, I have still been unable to exchange contracts.
