Q I have EUR 15,000 to invest and in looking for a secure investment I have been weighing up the alternatives of Saving Bonds, Savings Certs and the new Solidarity Bonds. I am finding it hard to choose. Have you any advice?
A ALL of these schemes are covered by a state guarantee and they are about as secure as you can get.
