Spencer Tracy and Cary Grant are the gold standard all men should aspire to. They are icons of masculinity. Sean Connery's style is fantastic, too, specifically the suit he wears at the end of Goldfinger. As a kid I didn't care about clothes, but I remember watching the film and even then I knew it was a good suit.

To keep fit I run along the waterfront in New York. I like to run because it clears my head. I never run with music and I don't wear special shorts, but I always wear Adidas trainers. I go to the gym and work out with weights but I am not consistent - it goes in bursts. I hired a personal trainer for a while, which was good because you need to know what you're doing. It's about technique and knowing how to pace yourself.
