Highlighter accentuates your best features and draws attention away from problem areas Last week I dealt with contouring, which gives a more chiselled appearance using darker shades. This week I'm focusing on highlighting, which creates a defined look with paler hues. Those with dark skin tones can use a liquid or stick foundation a couple of shades lighter than usual as their highlighter.
If you have fair skin, you choose an eyeshadow or blusher in a bone or pale pink, or a lighter foundation. For evening, high- shimmer powder or cream looks great (see my suggestions below left).See the full content of this document
