D. E. writes: I am so sorry to bother you, but I just don't know what to do. I took out an income protection policy in July last year. In January I was made redundant, completely out of the blue. I informed the claims company Wessex Group, of Winchester, Hampshire, and gave the company all the relevant paperwork. They contacted my former employer twice and the company gave them the information they requested. However, I am still waiting for payment and I am now in serious danger of having my home repossessed.

YOU have given Wessex all the information and documents it requested, but just as you contacted me you were told that you now had to have a face-to-face meeting with a representative.
