A DECISION in the appeal case of convicted murderer Catherine Nevin may be handed down as early as tomorrow by the Court of Criminal Appeal. It is expected that the court will rule on whether Nevin is entitled to see secret Garda documents she claims to be relevant to her conviction.
Legal teams for both sides were put on short notice on Thursday that the case would continue tomorrow. But sources close to the case say the three-judge panel could go so far as to rule on her application to have her conviction for the murder of her husband declared a miscarriage of justice.See the full content of this document
