Learning that there was a Labour plot to smear the new head of the Army, General Sir David Richards, because his daughter Joanna has become David Cameron's diary secretary makes me wonder if there are there no depths to which this Government will not sink.

They may be 'senior' members of government but this is no different from playground whispers, intimidation and bullying, and it's nasty.
