Summary
QI've become stuck in a rut with my hair and make-up, neither of which I've changed in 10 years. My make-up bag looks a bit sad and I'm not sure where to start as far as a revamp is concerned (although I suspect it might need to be from scratch!). As for my hair, my friends think a new style and colour will take years of me but I'm not so sure. How do I begin to create a new me?
