WHILE every citizen is entitled to his or her good name, and one is entitled to sue in the courts under our libel laws in pursuance of defending one's reputation, there surely is something amiss about the sheer size of the High Court libel award this week, and indeed the awards involved in many previous defamation cases.
I admire Monica Leech's courage and resolve in taking the case, applaud her vindication and do not in any way question the verdict arrived at.See the full content of this document
