At some point in the future, I'll be holding a fragile Ming vase with one hand and thus be unable to use my iPhone's touchscreen, but I'll desperately, desperately need to know the weather forecast.
Then I'll just hold down the button to activate the voice- controlled personal assistant Siri, ask whether it's dry or wet outside - and Siri will come to the rescue like a St Bernard bounding through a snowdrift. As it stands, however, my own personal short-term forecast is that I'll continue to say, 'Siri, why are you so terrible?' And it will continue to reply cryptically, 'I can't reach the network,' or 'I can only search for businesses in the US.'
