BLUSHER

Use blusher on its own for a natural flush of colour. A soft pink or apricot in a creamy formula works best - it's easy to blend, hydrating and long-wearing. I like Giorgio Armani Sheer Cream Blush in Apricot (1) or Antique Pink (Pounds 26, from Harvey Nichols, tel: 020 7201 8687). Dab a little on to the apples of your cheeks with your fingertips or a sponge. Smooth upwards and along your cheekbones. Just use a little at first - it's easier to add colour than take it away.
