HIBS have received plenty of praise for their expression of the beautiful game, but youngster Kevin McCann admits this season's player revolt exposed him to the ugly side of football.

McCann's emergence alongside peers Lewis Stevenson, Ross Campbell and Andy McNeil has helped illuminate the club's CIS Cup-winning season, but the decision by a number of senior players to undermine manager John Collins soon after that trophy win cast a dark shadow over Easter Road.
