OLLIE MORAN has admitted that the Limerick players are putting a lot of trust in Justin McCarthy's ability to help them deliver a Munster final spot by beating the Cork native's former team today. Moran, 34 this year, knows McCarthy has enough incentive to win in Thurles having seen, first-hand, the beginning of the end of his term as Waterford boss when they lost to Clare last year.

And while the Ahane man doesn't believe McCarthy is any different in terms of the level of passion he brings to the party compared to the likes of previous managers Richie Bennis and Joe McKenna, he's hoping that his proven track record of having won three Munster titles with Waterford will rub off on the Treaty men.
