Summary
THERE is a rather puzzling aspect to the Moriarty Report. Apparently, the tribunal had to arrive at its conclusions without them needing to be 'beyond reasonable doubt'.
It puzzles me that anyone could take 14 years at a cost of between EUR 100m and EUR 150m to arrive at such conclusions. Surely any competent investigator could do that in something like six months.See the full content of this document
