... Ms Wyatt's article was accurate and made uncomfortable reading for our 'knights of the road'. But one thing intrigues me while governments attempt to annul the black economy, I have not heard the taxi trade mentioned. Ask for a receipt and you receive a hand-written or blank one.
Surely taxi meters could give paper receipts, and the driver would then submit a copy for taxation.See the full content of this document
