A FORMER nurse who allegedly stabbed her four-year-old daughter to death before turning the knife on herself was facing investigation over claims that she had leaked patient details.

Dawn Makin, 33, is alleged to have passed patient information to a third party while working as a nurse at an NHS walk-in centre. She is believed to have killed her daughter Chloe by stabbing her several times at their home in Bury.
