WHILE most of the country was stunned by RTE's grovelling apology for its report on the spoof portraits of Taoiseach Brian Cowen last week, another less publicised RTE apology appeared on its website unnoticed.

Well almost. At least one person decided that the network should say sorry for their apology and did so on their behalf, in a comedy upload on the RTE website for mobile phones.
