? ALTHOUGH confined to a wheelchair for most of his life, the Earl of Dunraven who has died aged 71, took a keen interest in a number of sports.
When he was not championing the cause of fellow wheelchair- users, the Earl was a keen coursing enthusiast and the Irish Cup - the last coursing event of the year - was run on his lands outside Adare, Co Limerick, for generations. He won the 2005 renewal with Castle Pines owned jointly with Patsy Byrne.
