After chowing down on the food of the New World in Jamie's American Road Trip last year, the former Naked Chef (above) 'does' the ancient world of Marrakech in the first episode of a new culinary series. This, the first stop in a six-part journey that sees Oliver travel across Europe and north Africa, takes everyone's favourite food champion 'under the skin of Moroccan food', as he samples the wares of the markets and bazaars, where an assortment of edible delights reflect the region's diverse history.
