ANDREW FLINTOFF last night urged skipper Andrew Strauss, new coach Andy Flower and his co-selectors not to write off Steve Harmison as England's Ashes spearhead.

England yesterday opted to delay naming their squad for the first Test of the summer against West Indies from the scheduled announcement tomorrow until 'later in the month'.
