Summary
Have you ever read a book that had a profound and scary effect on you? I had just this reaction recently after reading Fat Nation, and I am truly horrified at how many additives we are willing to feed our bodies. I should have seen the writing on the wall when I watched the amazing film Super Size Me, but sometimes it takes a while to really understand what's in front of you. Needless to say, this wakeup call has launched me on a seek-and-find mission to take out my add-ins.
