There's spoilt - and then there's so over-indulged your parents shell out Pounds 10,000 on a pedal car. Only junior speed demons 4ft 5in or under will fit the half-size replica of the Auto Union Type C car. Made by Audi (which Auto Union became part of) its body is covered in the original's Avus silver paint to recreate one of the 'Silver Arrows' with which Germany dominated Grand Prix in the Thirties.

Made by Audi's high-performance engineering wing Quattro GmBH, it uses over 900 hand-assembled parts machined from lightweight aluminium to create nostalgic perfection, down to the tiniest detail of the driver's dashboard.
