A FORMER RAF pilot has accused the Government of corporate manslaughter over a Hercules transport plane shot down over Iraq saying the crew would not have died had it been fitted with vital protective equipment.
Ten serviceman died when the Special Forces plane was brought down by smallarms fire north of Baghdad last year. It was the biggest single loss of life suffered by British forces in Iraq.See the full content of this document
