SMALL businesses are being hit hard by customers who delay paying their bills for as long as possible.
According to research by the Forum of Private Business, more than 70 per cent of firms said late payments were having a serious impact, with nearly 60 per cent reporting that the situation had worsened over the past year.See the full content of this document
