IN MOSCOW The ranks of Russia's superrich are almost exclusively male, but a few women have emerged to enjoy their share of the private jets, Dom Perignon and billion dollar bank accounts.

They stand out in a country where fewer than ten per cent of top management posts are held by women and women earn an average 37 per cent less than men in the same jobs. Though many of these wealthy women are married to well-connected men, they want to make their own name. Financial Mail spoke to six of them.
