MANCHESTER CITY manager Mark Hughes hailed Robinho after his side's 3-0 win over Arsenal and claimed he knew nothing of reports of a [pounds]30million bid for Juventus goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon.

Hughes, who saw goals by Stephen Ireland, Robinho and Daniel Sturridge exploit Arsenal's current fragile state, said: 'We could have been sat here talking about another hat-trick from Robinho.
