After the brilliant Ashes win by England's cricket team, isn't it time for these games to be shown on terrestrial television? How can it be right that a major sport steeped in history can be seen live by only a few? Why should I, as a pensioner, have to pay to watch one of our top national games?
And how can we expect youngsters to become interested in this wonderful game, and to produce cricketers of the future, if they do not have access to watch it? I live in hope that one day I might be able to switch on my TV and watch a game of live Ashes cricket without having to pay a satellite television company to do so.See the full content of this document
