AS I AM to the dance floor what Lionel Blair is to a Rugby League football pitch, a short break with dancing as its theme would not be my first choice.

But I'm also up for a challenge, so I asked my son what he thought of the idea. When he had finished laughing and making a series of extremely rude personal comments, he painted a grim picture of what might lie ahead. Sadly, I was inclined to agree with him.
